Vision and Values
Withernsea Primary School is a kind and caring community with ambition for all. The ‘Withernsea Way’ incorporates three core values.
Respect, resilience and responsibility.
These ‘three r’s are the pillars of our community. By respecting ourselves and each other, we ensure that everyone has a voice which is valued. We take responsibility for ourselves and our actions to ensure our community is both a happy and safe place to be. We strive to build our resilience so that we are well-equipped to take on challenges, have high aspirations and be successful.
By working in partnership with our parents and instilling these values, our children develop the skills to be good citizens who will go on to enhance and inspire their communities and future generations.
